
About Taimi Pabon
Taimi Pabon Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney at Krause & Kinsman working on the Boy Scouts of America case. She also practices immigration, family, and torts law in the courts of Puerto Rico. During law school, she served as a Legal Officer and Administrative Assistant at Estudio Legal 401, Inc., handling civil and legislative matters, and worked pro bono at Sociedad para Asistencia Legal drafting legal memoranda for criminal legislation proposals. Taimi holds a master's degree in International Protection of Human Rights from the University of Alcala de Henares in Spain, where she interned at the Spanish Refugee Aid Commission (CEAR) in Madrid working with asylum seekers, and also interned at the Organization of American States. After completing her LL.M., she returned to Puerto Rico and practiced immigration law, focusing on family petitions, asylum cases, and cancellation of deportation proceedings. She is a Notary Public in Puerto Rico, holds a Mediator Certificate from the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, and is a Red Cross Volunteer. Taimi is fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and English.
