Brennan Delaney

Brennan Delaney is dedicated to helping clients deal with the tragedy of a catastrophic accident and has recovered over $100 million for clients throughout his career. As a former law clerk for both a trial judge and an appellate judge, Brennan spent considerable time in the courtroom, giving him a strong understanding of both trial practice and the appellate process. He practices in product liability, premises liability, and dram shop liability. Brennan has received recognition from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as Top 10 Under 40 Attorney for Missouri, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers for Missouri, and Best Lawyers in America from 2021 through 2026. He has also been recognized by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers from 2015 through 2026. Brennan is an active member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and has served on the Law Alumni Board for his alma mater, the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
