About Danielle Rogers
Danielle Rogers is an experienced and dedicated attorney fully adept at negotiation and litigation. In her previous practice as a solo practitioner she focused on criminal, domestic, probate, and civil matters, gaining trial experience in both jury and judge-tried cases. She has been recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and the National Trial Lawyers as a top young practitioner in civil litigation for plaintiffs. Danielle served as both the municipal prosecuting attorney of Wellington, Missouri, and the municipal public defender for Richmond, Missouri. From 2011 to 2014 she served Ray County, Missouri, as the elected prosecuting attorney, trying 9 felony jury trials. At previous firms she assisted in toxic tort cases, vaccine injury claims, and mass tort pharmaceutical matters. Danielle is an active member of local bar associations and is involved in the Richmond Rotary Club and the Richmond Education Foundation.
