Robert Langdon

Bob Langdon has devoted more than 40 years to representing individuals and their families in cases where defective vehicles or products caused serious injury or death. He has served as lead counsel in some of the nation's significant personal injury trials, obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of clients nationwide. In Maryland, Bob was lead attorney in a $59 million verdict in Kumar v. Toyota, a case that set legal precedent regarding defective vehicle design. In 2011 he served as lead attorney in Castillo v. Ford, obtaining a $23.4 million verdict in San Bernardino County, California, on behalf of a woman who suffered permanent injuries in a Ford Explorer tire failure accident. Bob has been inducted as a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, served as President of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, and has been a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice. Since 1985, he has been nationally board-certified in trial advocacy. He speaks regularly at seminars throughout the country and has lectured at law schools including Chicago-Kent, Loyola Chicago, Missouri, Stanford Law School, and UC Berkeley.
