Jacqueline Carroll

Jacqueline M. Carroll is an associate attorney within the personal injury practice area of Marasco & Nesselbush. Jackie graduated cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in health studies, and then from the New England School of Law in Boston. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm, Jackie provided pro bono services to survivors of domestic violence in Boston district courts. The combination of her undergraduate studies in the healthcare industry, her familiarity with disability and veterans' affairs, and her experience with survivors of domestic violence shaped her into a passionate legal advocate for those who are injured or disabled. Her years working in the service industry have also provided her with the intuition to anticipate a client's needs. Jackie assists her clients at all stages of the legal process for disability benefits and personal injury claims.
