Lindsay Wilz

Lindsay Wilz is a shareholder at Maring Williams Law Office in Bismarck, North Dakota. She is licensed in North Dakota and Montana and focuses her practice on oilfield litigation and medical negligence claims. She attended North Dakota State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a minor in Mathematics. She then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, was selected to the Order of Barristers, and graduated cum laude. After law school, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court before joining the firm. In 2024, the American Association for Justice Women Trial Lawyers Caucus awarded her its Inaugural Trailblazer Award, and in 2025 the North Dakota Association for Justice presented her with its Rising Star Award. She serves on the executive committee of the North Dakota Association of Justice and chairs the Republican Trial Lawyer's Caucus of the American Association of Justice.
