Christopher Stock

Chris Stock, a firm founding member, focuses his litigation practice on complex commercial litigation, including securities and antitrust class actions. Beyond his legal practice, he has worked extensively with both start-up and existing firms to develop and operationalize new business models and revenue opportunities, including drafting business plans, deal terms, economic forecasting, and providing due diligence and management consulting. He also developed an extensive marijuana law and policy practice, consulting with numerous public and private entities, and has drafted legislation and constitutional amendments on various aspects of marijuana legalization.
