
About Dylan Gould
Dylan Gould's practice focuses primarily on class action and other complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on consumer fraud and data privacy cases. He also has experience in sports and entertainment, personal injury, commercial law, civil conspiracy, and civil RICO litigation. At the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he spent multiple semesters on the Dean's Honors List, Dylan was selected to the Trial Practice and Moot Court teams and participated in national competitions. After joining Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, he gained experience litigating cases through final judgment and has been appointed class counsel in multiple class action settlements. He was named an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 and 2023. Dylan is also a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association.
