Justin Walker

Justin Walker's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and constitutional law, with an emphasis on consumer fraud and defective products. Before joining Markovits, Stock & DeMarco in April 2019, he practiced at the Finney Law Firm, a boutique firm specializing in complex litigation, real estate, and constitutional law. He was a founding partner at Walker & Turner, Ltd. Prior to private practice, he served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Clermont County and as a law clerk and magistrate in the Hamilton County Ohio Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Norbert A. Nadel. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for Senior U.S. District Judge Sandra S. Beckwith.
