About Grayson Hinojosa

Grayson Hinojosa joined McMath Woods after over a decade in federal labor enforcement, government regulation, and criminal prosecution. He served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pulaski County from 2014 to 2021, where he first-chaired capital murder trials. He then served as a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board Region 15 from 2021 to 2025, handling complex federal labor hearings.
