
About Grayson Hinojosa
Grayson Hinojosa joined McMath Woods after over a decade in federal labor enforcement, government regulation, and criminal prosecution. He served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pulaski County from 2014 to 2021, where he first-chaired capital murder trials. He then served as a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board Region 15 from 2021 to 2025, handling complex federal labor hearings. He also served briefly as an Attorney Specialist with the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment. He holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School (2014), where he also earned a Certificate in Environmental Law, and he holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional credential (SHRM-CP). He is admitted to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts.
