Tim Giattina

Tim Giattina focuses on civil litigation, serious injury cases, and wrongful death claims at McMath Woods. He earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (2003), a Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service (2009), and a J.D. from UALR Bowen School of Law (2010). He is admitted to practice in Arkansas courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and both the Fifth and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals. He was selected for Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2017 to 2021.
