Neil Chamberlin

Neil Chamberlin has been a partner at McMath Woods since 2006. He is admitted to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America (2024 and 2026) and in Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2026. He serves on the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions (since 2014) and previously served on the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors from 2004 to 2012. His published work includes articles in the ATLA Docket and the UALR Law Review on topics including insurance coverage, jury instructions, and uninsured motorist stacking.
