Clay Miller

Clay Miller is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has practiced exclusively in catastrophic injury and wrongful death since graduating from law school. He attended Texas A&M University for Finance and earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Over more than 24 years he has tried or settled cases involving vehicular negligence, medical malpractice, workplace injury, premises liability, and commercial trucking. In 2017 he obtained a $30,800,000 jury verdict in Tennessee arising from fraud in the sale of heavy-duty truck engines and a $26,500,000 jury verdict in a construction accident case, within 60 days of each other. In 2025, he secured a $16,900,000 jury verdict in Seattle against Peninsula Aviation Services for a runway overrun crash in the Aleutian Islands. He served as Chair of the Advocates for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (2002) and as President of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association (2008-2009), and has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2014.
