Josh Birmingham

Josh Birmingham attended the University of Nebraska for his undergraduate studies and earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007, where he won awards in Mock Trial and Negotiation competitions. He began his career fighting for injury victims at a prominent trial firm, then spent roughly nine years as a trial lawyer before stepping away to serve as an executive at a healthcare consulting firm. His commitment to client advocacy drew him back to the courtroom. He has tried numerous cases in both state and federal court, including the $26,500,000 construction accident verdict obtained with Clay Miller. He is admitted to practice in Texas, New Mexico, and U.S. District Courts.
