Larry Lassiter

Larry Lassiter handles appellate and legal briefing for Miller Weisbrod Olesky, with a national practice that spans both state and federal courts. He has filed briefs or argued in 30 of the 50 states during his career. Larry works with the firm's Birth Injury team on all aspects of legal briefing, covering cases in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, New York, Utah, Arizona, Louisiana, and West Virginia. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and History and his J.D. from the University of Iowa. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Kansas.
