David Olesky

David Olesky spent 30 years defending health care providers and hospital systems in medical malpractice cases before joining Miller Weisbrod Olesky to represent victims and their families. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice Chair of the Health Care Professional Liability practice at an Am Law 100 firm. He holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (1992) and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (1989). He is admitted to the Texas bar and has been selected for Texas Super Lawyers from 2009 to 2019 and for Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine from 2017 to 2022. At Miller Weisbrod Olesky he leads the National Birth Injury and Medical Negligence practice alongside Les Weisbrod.
