Jason Foster

Jason Foster is a trial attorney and associate at Murphy Falcon & Murphy, admitted to the Maryland bar in 2025. A native of Morgantown, West Virginia, he earned a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and served as a Surface Warfare Officer before his honorable discharge in 2004. His decision to pursue law came after helping a fellow sailor favorably resolve an unfair non-judicial punishment. He then earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 2007 and went on to represent injured workers and victims of catastrophic accidents at a personal injury firm in Charleston, West Virginia, where he handled workplace accident cases in the chemical, natural gas, and mining industries as well as complex product liability and other catastrophic personal injury matters. At Murphy Falcon & Murphy, his practice focuses on civil rights, maritime law, personal injury, and toxic torts.
