Joseph Ciaccio

Joseph Ciaccio is the managing partner of Napoli Shkolnik's Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice department. He has extensive experience successfully litigating a wide range of personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including birth-related injuries such as fetal distress, hypoxia, and Erb's palsy, failures to diagnose cancer, infections, and orthopedic negligence. Since joining the firm, Ciaccio has recovered tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients, including a $4 million verdict for a teenager born with a serious birth injury. He serves on Law360's Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Editorial Board and is active in shaping CLE programming for attorneys across New York State. He earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Long Island University.
