Salvatore Badala

Salvatore C. Badala is Partner and General Counsel at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, where he leads the Complex Commercial Litigation and Consumer Class Actions department. He has established himself as a key figure in groundbreaking legal battles on behalf of municipalities and consumers. Sal has been at the forefront of landmark opioid litigation, securing a $650 million ruling against national pharmacy chains and a $1.1 billion settlement with major pharmaceutical distributors. He also served as co-lead counsel in water contamination litigation and PFAS class actions. Badala earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
