Clients often come to us after one of the worst days of their lives. They’re reeling from a catastrophic accident or a debilitating tragedy - and on top of that, they’re now facing companies that want to take advantage of them. It’s our job to help them stand up against these opponents as they handle a complex world of doctors, medical appointments, and insurance disputes. This work is not for the faint of heart, but serving my clients is an honor and a responsibility I don’t take lightly. I decided to become a lawyer because of my father. My father practiced for 42 years prior to his death. He taught me that the law provides the abilities and avenues to defend the average person against the largest of opponents. I saw him stand up time and time again against these companies, and he inspired me to do the same. I grew up in the dynamic city of Rochester, Minnesota and attended Winona State University, getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Society. After that, I attended William Mitchell College of Law. My father passed away before he saw me finish law school, but I am proud to continue his legacy of defending people who are being taken advantage of. With each and every client, I work hard to clear the fog for them and guide them every step of the way to the end of their case.
