About Wade Suthard
Wade Suthard is a trial lawyer admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the federal district courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He joined the Reiff Law Firm in 2015 as of counsel. In 2010, the Supreme Court of New Jersey recognized him as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 5 percent of New Jersey attorneys, based on professional accomplishments, peer and judicial recommendations, and a written examination. He was re-certified in 2015 and 2020. The National Trial Lawyers Association has selected him as one of its Top 100 Trial Lawyers from New Jersey every year since 2013. He has also been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer for more than 10 consecutive years (2011-2022). He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University in 1987 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1990, then completed a two-year trial clerkship with the Honorable Nicolas D'Alessandro in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He spent years at Klovsky, Kuby and Harris before forming the New Jersey firm of Rispoli, Borneo and Suthard in 2000, concentrating on third-party personal injury litigation. He is Vice Chair of the American Association for Justice Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section, has served on the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group Executive Board, and is a Board of Governors member of the New Jersey Association for Justice.
