Chase Murphy

Chase Murphy is a personal injury trial lawyer representing individuals and families in Nebraska and Iowa whose lives have been upended by serious accidents and injuries. His practice covers motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, workplace accidents, and insurance disputes. An Omaha native, Chase earned a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and then his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.

Before law school, he lived in Shanghai, China, where he taught Western Literature to university students and published poetry in international journals. In his first year as a licensed attorney, Chase recovered over one million dollars for his clients. He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.
