About Doug Lee
Doug Lee is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and a former paratrooper with the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division. He also served as Legal Assistant to the Staff Judge Advocate at Camp Shelby with the Mississippi Army National Guard. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1989 with a major in English Literature and a minor in Political Science, then earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School in New Orleans in 1992. He initially practiced criminal law in Washington state, trying cases to juries shortly after passing the bar there, before returning to Mississippi, where he was admitted to practice in 1994. For nearly three decades, his practice has focused on helping people injured in automobile collisions and unsafe premises. He has four children.
