Emily Oczytko

Emily Oczytko joined Richmond Vona in 2026, bringing a full-spectrum perspective on personal injury law gained by working her way up from receptionist to attorney at a personal injury firm. Born and raised in Cheektowaga, she earned a four-year NCAA athletic scholarship to Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science. She then returned to Western New York to earn her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Her early work as a receptionist, legal assistant, and paralegal gave her firsthand insight into how easily injured individuals can be taken advantage of by insurance companies without strong representation. Emily also organized community donation drives and has demonstrated consistent commitment to Western New York.
