Michael Szczygiel

Michael T. Szczygiel graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2009 and joined Richmond Vona in 2022 after gaining experience at another local personal injury law firm. He handles all aspects of serious personal injury and wrongful death matters, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and dangerous product claims. He is admitted to practice in New York State and has an established knowledge of the issues facing injured Western New York residents, particularly those working in the building trades. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in 2026 and named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff list for 2025.
