Rebecca Postek

Rebecca Postek joined Richmond Vona in 2026 with a focus on advocating for injured individuals and helping them rebuild after life-changing accidents. A lifelong Buffalo native, she started working at a local plaintiff's personal injury firm in 2013, gaining hands-on experience supporting injured clients before pursuing her law degree. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with High Distinction from the University at Buffalo and graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she earned the Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award, multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and represented the school in national and international mediation competitions. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2023-2025), named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2024-2026), and listed in Best Lawyers: Ones To Watch for 2026.
