Benjamin Siracusa Hillman

Benjamin Siracusa Hillman practices in the areas of trusts, estates, and related litigation and is Chair of the firm's Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Group. He earned his A.B. from Harvard College in 2003 and his J.D. from Yale Law School, and has been admitted to the New Hampshire bar since 2009. He was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for Litigation: Trusts and Estates in Concord for 2025 and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation: Trusts and Estates and Trusts and Estates. He has been selected to Super Lawyers.
