Heather Menezes

Heather Menezes represents injured individuals in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, wrongful death, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and vaccine injury claims. She earned her B.A. from Providence College and her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Pierce Law Review. She is admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims and represents individuals in the specialized Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. She spent 12 years at McDowell and Morrisette before joining Shaheen & Gordon and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation, Plaintiffs, since 2023.
