Timothy Harrington is Co-Chair of the firm's Criminal Defense Practice Group and has over 27 years of experience in state and federal criminal defense and civil litigation. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1991) and his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center (1994). Early in his career he served as a Senior Assistant Rockingham County Attorney, Assistant Strafford County Attorney, and Assistant City Prosecutor for Concord. He has taught trial advocacy at the National District Attorneys Association's National Advocacy Center and criminal justice at Franklin Pierce College. He is admitted in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for criminal defense since 2025.
