Tracey Goyette Cote

Tracey Goyette Cote focuses her practice on family law with an emphasis on collaborative law. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Maryland School of Law, and serves on the Management Committee for Shaheen & Gordon as Chair of its Domestic Relations Practice Group. Her practice covers divorce, collaborative divorce, valuation and division of assets, parental rights, post-divorce modifications, and interstate custody. She was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for Family Law and Collaborative Law: Family Law in Concord for 2025 and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in those categories. She was named to NHBR's New Hampshire 200 list for 2025 and received the 2024 Outstanding Women in Business award.
