About Caitlin Benson
Caitlin Benson earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. During law school, she received the CALI Award in Constitutional Law and Judicial Process, the Outstanding Achievement Award in Property Law, and was selected to represent the university at the National Transactional LawMeet. She also served as an honors intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission, a judicial extern with Chief Judge David Nuffer of the U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, a research assistant studying patent law, antitrust, and U.S. legal history, and as executive editor of the Utah Law Review. Prior to joining Siegfried & Jensen, she worked for the Utah Attorney General's office, Dominion Energy (Questar Corporation), and a litigation-defense firm representing insurance companies. She is admitted to practice in Utah and Arizona state courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Utah, and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice and Women Lawyers of Utah.
