About Clayton Firth
Clayton Firth grew up in farming communities in Northern Utah and Southeast Idaho. He completed a two-year LDS mission to Spain, then earned a bachelor's degree in political science from BYU in 2007. He received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2012, spending summers during law school assisting migrant workers with non-immigration legal matters including unsafe work conditions, physical and sexual abuse, and inappropriate living situations. After passing the Utah bar, he built his own practice before spending more than five years doing insurance defense litigation, gaining direct knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims. He joined Siegfried & Jensen to advocate for injured plaintiffs, bringing that defense-side perspective to help clients recover fair compensation.
