About Nathan Morris
Nathan Morris joined Cutt Kendell & Olson as a partner in 2017, bringing more than 26 years of personal injury experience that includes both plaintiff and defense work. He received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he was moot court chairperson and a member of the UALR Law Review. Before joining the firm, he spent 13 years as a defense lawyer and board member at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. He has represented clients in high-profile cases including a wrongful death claim against the Salt Lake City Police Department for the shooting of a 13-year-old autistic young man and a catastrophic tour bus crash involving the families of three Chinese tourists. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has been named Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in Product Liability Litigation for 2026. He also enjoys teaching trial advocacy and has given presentations at both local and national events.
