Jacquelynn Carmichael

Jacquelynn Carmichael is a trial lawyer and partner at Cutt Kendell & Olson with 30 years of experience representing injured clients. She graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1993 and has spent her career not only advocating for injured clients but also honing her trial skills in the courtroom. Her practice spans personal injury with particular depth in medical malpractice and brain injury cases.

She has been recognized in Best Lawyers every year from 2015 to 2026, named Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in personal injury litigation in 2022 and 2024, and selected to Super Lawyers from 2021 to 2025.
