Eric Olson

Eric S. Olson is a named partner at Cutt Kendell & Olson. He graduated from the University of Utah College of Law and became a partner at the firm in 2013. He specializes in wrongful death, brain injury, paralysis, and permanent orthopedic injury cases, with a focus on product liability, trucking accidents, industrial and construction accidents, liquor liability, and premises liability.

He has successfully litigated cases throughout Utah and in numerous other states including California, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Minnesota, Mississippi, and Maryland. Mr. Olson has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients through trial, arbitration, and settlement, with single cases resulting in seven-figure and eight-figure recoveries on numerous occasions.
