About Lena Daggs

Lena Daggs is a partner at Cutt Kendell & Olson who represents injured victims in personal injury cases including products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic auto and trucking accidents, sexual assault, and premises liability. She attended the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and graduated with high honors in 2011. While there she was on the Utah Law Review, received the CALI Award for Constitutional Law and Federal Income Tax, was a William Leary Scholar, and was on the National Trial Advocacy Team.

She has obtained significant recoveries for her clients, including a $7.05 million medical malpractice jury verdict for the wrongful death of an 88-year-old man in 2022. She is licensed in Utah and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. She served as chair of the Utah Association for Justice Women's Caucus in 2022 and sits on the board of Women Lawyers of Utah. She was named Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in Personal Injury Litigation for 2025.
