David Cutt is a veteran trial attorney and the founding partner at Cutt Kendell & Olson. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1991 and began his career at a large firm representing corporations before shifting his practice to representing injured people. Since 1997 he has devoted his career to helping clients injured by medical malpractice, defective products, motor vehicle accidents, and ski resort negligence, obtaining multiple seven-figure and eight-figure jury verdicts.
