About David Cutt

David Cutt is a veteran trial attorney and the founding partner at Cutt Kendell & Olson. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1991 and began his career at a large firm representing corporations before shifting his practice to representing injured people. Since 1997 he has devoted his career to helping clients injured by medical malpractice, defective products, motor vehicle accidents, and ski resort negligence, obtaining multiple seven-figure and eight-figure jury verdicts. He holds the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to Mountain States Super Lawyers every year since 2009 and to Best Lawyers every year since 2015. He has also been ranked in the Top 100 Attorneys in the Mountain States and is a frequent media commentator who has appeared on the Today Show, NBC, MSNBC, and Court TV.
