Jordan Kendell

Jordan P. Kendell is the managing partner of Cutt Kendell & Olson and has represented injury victims throughout his entire legal career. He has recovered more than one hundred million dollars for injured clients and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). His practice covers all areas of personal injury with an emphasis on product liability, trucking accidents, construction accidents, dram shop claims, and brain and spinal cord injuries.

He has tried cases across the Intermountain West and has briefed or argued appeals before the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been selected to Best Lawyers every year from 2019 to 2026, was named Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in Personal Injury Litigation in 2023 and in Product Liability in 2024, and has been on the Super Lawyers list annually since 2014 including the Top 100 Super Lawyers List in 2023.
