About Nicholas DiCello
Nicholas A. DiCello joined Spangenberg Shibley & Liber in 2004 after clerking for Senior Judge John M. Manos in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, law enforcement misconduct, car and truck crash cases, and insurance coverage disputes. A former Division I collegiate and professional soccer player who won the 1998-1999 NPSL championship with the Cleveland Crunch, Nick brings the same competitive drive to litigation. He has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts for his clients, including a $17.675 million wrongful death verdict against a nursing home and a $18.5 million wrongful death settlement against a hospital. He is a frequent speaker on trial practice throughout Ohio and nationally, and currently serves as President of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2002 and is admitted in Ohio state and federal courts and the Sixth Circuit.
