About Dianna Lee

Dianna Lee is a Georgia native who graduated from Emory University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Sociology, then earned her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2014, graduating magna cum laude and second in her class. While in law school, she was a member of the Mercer Law Review as a published student-author, participated in the Habeas Project representing a Georgia death row inmate in federal habeas proceedings, and received the National Association of Women Lawyers' Outstanding Law Student Award and the Faculty Legal Writing Award. She also attended a study abroad program in Rhodes, Greece, gaining knowledge of personal injury under Federal Maritime Law. Dianna focuses her practice on representing victims of police brutality, deliberate indifference to serious medical needs, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and other civil rights violations in state and federal courts. She also represents victims of catastrophic injury or death in automobile and trucking accidents, sexual assault, premises liability, and negligent security. Before joining the firm, she defended governmental entities and police officers in civil rights cases, experience she now uses to obtain justice for victims.
