About Keith Kessler
Keith Kessler co-founded the firm on March 10, 1980, joining Paul Stritmatter and his father Lester in Hoquiam after clerking for Washington Supreme Court Justice Robert Finley and doing criminal defense work in Seattle. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy and his J.D. from the University of Washington, graduating in 1972. His practice has centered on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving dangerous roads, aircraft accidents, bicycle crashes, and product defects, with a particular focus on holding government entities accountable for roadway hazards. His cases have gone from superior courts to the Washington Supreme Court to the United States Supreme Court. He is the father of Brad Moore and Jamie Kessler, both of whom practice at the firm.
