About Melanie Nguyen

Melanie Nguyen is the daughter of Vietnamese immigrants who fled the country in the early 1980s after enduring significant hardship during and after the Vietnam War. She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2016 and her undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington in Law, Societies and Justice; Political Science; and Philosophy. Drawn to plaintiff law by a desire to give voice to those who cannot advocate for themselves, she handles automobile accidents, civil rights, dog attacks, medical malpractice, premises liability, and wrongful death. She has worked on several multi-million-dollar cases including the $21.5 million King County dog mauling verdict.
