About Shannon Kilpatrick
Shannon Kilpatrick grew up vowing she would never become a lawyer despite her father's legal career, a resistance that lasted until her mid-twenties. She earned her undergraduate degree in History from Whitman College and her J.D. cum laude from Marquette University Law School. She worked as a legal assistant for several years before law school, giving her hands-on experience with the full arc of litigation. She focuses on automobile accidents, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, and appellate work. She has worked on multiple multi-million-dollar wrongful death and civil rights cases at Stritmatter and has appeared before the Washington Court of Appeals.
