
About Brenna Spinner
Brenna Spinner is a litigation and appellate attorney at Swope, Rodante P.A. with experience in complex civil matters in state and federal courts. Before joining the firm, she began her career at a leading law firm in Washington D.C., where she represented clients through all phases of litigation, including securing a successful outcome on a novel issue of law at the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2019 she shifted her practice to Social Security Disability advocacy, obtaining successful results for hundreds of clients. She is admitted in Florida, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Salisbury University and her J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2016, where she was a member of the GW Law Review and served as a Dean's Fellow teaching legal research and writing to first-year students.
