John Fitch is the principal and founder of The Fitch Law Firm, based in Columbus, Ohio. He has practiced personal injury law for over thirty years, handling hundreds of complex damage cases including catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters arising from automobile accidents, medical negligence, and product liability. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review rating possible, and holds a 10/10 Superb rating from AVVO. On November 20, 2019, he obtained a $134 million verdict on behalf of a sexual abuse survivor in Cuyahoga County, believed to be one of the largest personal injury verdicts in Ohio history.
