About Kirstin Peterson

Kirstin Peterson is an attorney at The Fitch Law Firm, where she focuses on motor vehicle accident cases, wrongful death matters, and representation of sexual abuse survivors. Born and raised in Warren, Ohio, she moved to Columbus in 2012. She holds both her undergraduate and law degrees from The Ohio State University, and received recognition as a Public Service Fellow for her public interest work while at the Moritz College of Law. She has been licensed with the State Bar of Ohio since 2019 and is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Ohio Association for Justice.
