Donald Marston

Donald Marston represents workers and accident victims in personal injury and workers' compensation cases throughout Delaware. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1973 and earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1981. Before entering private practice, Don served as counsel to the Delaware Industrial Accident Board, giving him direct insight into how workers' compensation claims are evaluated by the state. He is admitted in Delaware and handles auto accidents, slip and fall, and workers' compensation cases. Delaware Today named him a Top Lawyer in Workers' Compensation in 2012 and 2017.
