Shakuntla Bhaya

Shakuntla Bhaya is a name partner at Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya and a long-standing leader in Delaware's plaintiff personal injury bar. She earned her B.S. in Political Studies and Philosophy, with a minor in Women's Studies, from the University of Delaware in 1982, and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1985. Shaku served as President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association from 2009 to 2010. She focuses on car accident and wrongful death cases and brings more than three decades of trial experience to her clients.
