Tara Bustard

Tara Bustard has been with Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya since 2005 and focuses on car accidents, workplace injuries, slip and fall claims, and trucking cases. She holds a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Science and a B.A. in Journalism from James Madison University (2002) and earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where she served as Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review. Tara is admitted in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and before the U.S. District Courts for Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Delaware Today has named her a Top Lawyer every year from 2021 through 2024, and she served as President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association from 2022 to 2023.
