Vivian Houghton

Vivian Houghton has practiced law in Delaware for more than four decades, concentrating on consumer bankruptcy. She earned her B.A. cum laude in Spanish and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 1976, then earned her J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener College in 1979. Vivian is admitted in Delaware and Maryland and before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. She was named to Delaware Today's Top Lawyers list in 2001 and 2010.
